Return and refund policy
Before requesting a refund or replacement
We only replace items if they are damaged or not working.
Printing marks, spots, or support marks are not eligible for replacements, returns or refunds.

𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
We only accept requests for replacements within 24 hours of the delivery date.
Please check your package as soon as you receive it.
If the item is damaged or not working, you will need to send it back to us for verification.
The return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
Once we receive confirmation that the item has been shipped back, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
At the end of this process, we will issue a refund for the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
Replacements must be accepted by prior agreement.

Returns:
Returns of costumizable items are not accepted.
Returns must be accepted by prior agreement.
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be in the original packaging.
We do not provide return shipping labels. The customer must cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
We only accept Replacements, Returns, or Refunds within the first 24 hours after the delivery date. Please ensure you check your package upon receipt.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be processed if all Returns conditions are met. This includes prior agreement for the return, the item being unused and in original packaging, and the customer covering the cost of return shipping.
